I had an appointment at Hertford hospital at 10 am. Had a phone call to apologise that the radiographer had phoned in sick and my appointment would have to be rearranged. Within a few minutes I had a second phone call to ask if I could get to QE2 for 10 am.
I said I could so the appointment was made for me.
Very impressive. Arrived at QE2 to a lovely greeting asked to sit down.
The dept had someone that needed a little more time so my appointment would be a little later.
I didn't wait long at all. I was seen by a really professional caring radiographer. I had excellent reassuring treatment.
It turned up in conversation that she was doing me in her break. Whole dept a credit to the NHS,
THANK YOU.
