"Can’t get appointment"

I rarely phone the Doctors surgery to get an appointment but on the two occasions recently when I have phoned once on a Friday @ today on a Wednesday I have been told they are only dealing with emergency calls - tbh if it was a emergency I would be ringing 999 not trying to speak to GP.

I have now been given a phone call appointment with a Dr on Monday - I do not know the Dr who will be phoning the Dr does not know me having never spoke or seen this Dr but some how the Dr is suppose to diagnose my problem & offer treatment over a phone. I have been registered with the surgery since my old surgery closed some 3 years ago in that time I have seen a Dr once face to face.

I do not recommend this practice & I am currently looking to find another.
