"Given little empathy or flexibility when needed"

About: Beauchief Medical Practice

(as the patient),

I feel like I have been let down by this care provider.   Inadequate administrative service given and little empathy or flexibility when needed.   Asked for the practice manager to called me to discuss on two separate occasions.   Still waiting a response.   I am very annoyed.
