About: Dr Bs Sahota's Practice

I rang the surgery today requesting a repeat prescription . The manner in which my request was dealt with was very ciold, unprofessional and totally inappropriate by the recprionst. I was so appalled with her reluctance to assist me in finding a resolution I cimmented I may have tio find anorher surgery to which she responded. Yes, it might be best. I have been a patient. I felt even if it was a thought, it was totally inappropriate to say.

In fact, I will now look for a surgery were staff respect the service user.
