"Horrible consultations"

My experience with different gp surgeries around London is difficulty getting an appointment but once you have it, it's like arriving to the safe shores after long sailing, this is the first gp surgery which i'm unlucky to register with that speaking/seeing a doctor doesn't take you anywhere, it's simply about tick this patient as seen and move on to the next, this business has forgotten the first principle of being a doctor, it's not ticking your next patient, it's treating it, you don't start your consultation by asking if we have private insurance, because if we did we wouldn't bother begging for appointments constantly.
