What I liked

I brought my very elderly mother to your outpatients department to see a dermatologist. Her referral resulted in her having two biopsies. We were both treated exceptionally well by all members of staff we came into contact with. We were kept updated by all we were involved with and every procedure was explained in detail.

What could be improved

Absolutely nothing. The service we received was faultless and professional.
