What I liked
My 15 months-old son was seen in Clinic A this morning due to concerns about allergies. The appointment started on time and the nurses and the doctor were all fantastic. The doctor took his time to find out about Jacob's background, previous allergy issues etc, then carefully explained what the issues to worry about were and how we should proceed from now on. We probably spent 40 mins in the surgery and I left feeling confident, positive and reassured. The lovely nurse who did his prick-test couldn't have been more efficient and helpful. We have to go back in a few months but this time I will not worry about the visit! Thank you!
