Had a minor operation today at the Christopher home ward , and I genuinely cannot give more praise. I was treated with total respect, kept informed from start to finish and even during my local anaesthetic operation, I felt a part of the team. I was made to feel welcome and treated with incredible dignity aswell as a friendly face in everybody from nurse to surgeon. They also looked after my elderly mum and kept her informed of my procedure. I cannot fault anything in the hospital and only wished I could attend the Royal Albert for all medical procedures. In fact I felt more traumatic over the Man Utd result to Arsenal , then I did during my entire operation . You really are treated with the upmost one to one respect that anxiety just melts away
