I arrived my in good time for my appointment in the outpatients department, Lincoln Hospital. I saw my doctor arrive at about 8.55am. My appointment was 9.00am. I was not seen until between 9.20 and 9.25am. It would be far better if either doctors arrived in good time to prepare for the days appointments so that they could actually start on time or if appointment were made from 9.30 so that patients did not have to wait for the doctors to prepare their day.
In addition, I was sent do have an ultrasound and needle into my face to gather a sample of cells for diagnosis. The person who called my name out could have been far more welcoming. Once I got up they walked about 5 paces infant of me with out saying a word and not making eye contact. This was most rude. Whilst having my scan there was no bed side manner at all.
