"All The Staff on the Wakeley Ward are the best"

My Mum was in this ward for approx 2 weeks, she had heart and kidney failure. She was very ill and it was touch and go for the first 24-48 hrs.

From the Doctors and nurses who treated my Mum to the the lady who takes the lunch/dinner orders a very big thank you.

This is how a ward should be run, as team work with every member of staff doing their best and beyond for the patients.

The Doctors and nurses kept us informed of my Mothers condition at every stage and nothing was too much trouble for them.

I could see that the staff on this ward genuinely cared for all their patients and kept their relatives updated.

I wish all Wards were like this.
