"Excellent Care"

I had a consultation at mid-day today (Sat. 9th March) in the urology dept. Apart from the fact that I had a very short wait for my appointment, which I did online, the care and attention when I got there could not have been better, Every single person I dealt with greeted me as if it was a pleasure to meet me and everyone gave the impression that they were not only very competent but that they cared about my health. I was at no point kept waiting for any length of time and the surroundings were clean and tidy and comparatively pleasant. Follow up checks are promised within 2 or 3 weeks. The whole experience was a massive improvement on any other NHS experience I have had. I would like to say a heartfelt thankyou and WELL DONE. Please keep it up!

I must say that it appears that a weekend appointment is probably the answer.
