(as a service user),

Made to feel welcome from start to finish - staff welcoming and friendly - anaesthetic team were professional but had fabulous people skills which put it right at ease - surgical team was very good - all in all I was made to feel like a person rather than a presenting problem - had bunion surgery and was in and out the same day and am home following my surgeons Instructions because I’m aware he wants as good an outcome as I do. This is how the nhs is meant to be.
