"Gratitude to our immunisation fairy godmother & team"

About: Locala Community Partnerships CIC / Immunisation Service

(as a parent/guardian),

I was able to forewarn the immunisation team of my daughters condition. After which Bev, our immunisation fairy godmother put in place a plan then made contact with me to further discuss the approach she herself would implement in order to ensure that my daughter received the necessary jabs. I am massively grateful for the patience, care and consideration shown by Bev and her team when dealing with my daughter and cannot thank them enough for their thorough approach.

My role at Locala is to listen to service users and understand how it feels to use our services. I report back to services and managers. I support to make change where needed. I really enjoy my job. Making a difference is important to me!
