"Fantastic Service"

I'd just like to say what a fantastic service I always receive by everyone at the practice. I've recently heard friends discussing how difficult it is to get an appointment with their GP, often unable to book an appointment for weeks or having to go to the surgery in the morning and wait. I'm very grateful that the appointment system at Hackenthorpe Medical Centre, both on line and by phone is well run, with usually only a few days wait for availability. The reception staff are efficient, friendly and helpful and the doctors and nurses are compassionate, thorough and professional. I've had a number of illnesses over the last few years and have had more appointments at the surgery than I'm happy to admit but I never feel as though I have been judged by anyone at the surgery for this. Please pass on a very sincere thank you to everyone for working so hard to provide such a great service.
