What I liked

The A&E staff dealt with my emergency rapidly and in a professional manner.

A bed was found for me to be admitted after only a short delay.

I was treated with kindness and respect by all the staff during my stay.

I could not have wished for a better experience, despite being nervous of hospitals.

What could be improved

The time between being told that I could go and final discharge was rather long.
