About: Holme Valley Memorial Hospital / Day surgery

(as the patient),

I went to the day surgery unit to have a small lump removed, the  whole appointment went very well. from arriving at the hospital I could feel the calming atmosphere straight away. It was lovely to be able to be treated so locally and not to have to all the way to Bradford, where my GP thought I would need to go. There wasn't all the hustle and bustle of a large busy hospital, just a more relaxed atmosphere which was very calming.
