The treatment I received on ward 15 today was absolutely excellent. All the staff members right from the reception until I left the ward this afternoon were, kind, considerate, reassuring and professional. The whole department appeared to be well run and managed, and the staff seemed to work well as a team. Thank you all, and well done Wansbeck Hospital and the NHS
