I had an appointment in this department on 19th February 2019 for the review of my itching problem and reoccurring spots all over the body.
Her attitude towards me was not a listening ear,This is due to touching my face and i have made marks on it.
When I was trying to explain to her the itchiness and reoccurring rashes all over which is unbearable. Her reply was it is because i touch and scratch them.I explained How can i reach at the back? She never gave me the eye contact ignored and carried on writing.
I took photos of the rashes, she did consulted her senior and sat down. She informs me it is nothing to worry about.
What about the itching ,the rashes is affecting my daily life?
She was not interested and concluded by writing on my notes psoriasis?which she never informed, she thinks it maybe that.
Have I got this?
She had no empathy with me.
She informs me that they no longer wish to see me.and cannot do much about it.
Her attitude has made me feel worse.
Is this how she treats patients who is crying for help?
There was no smile on her face and I think she didnt believe me.
This has left in a situation what do I do next?
Do I just carry on suffering as she thinks i am scratching all over .
Doesnt she believe me that I have a problem
Please cinvey this messge to her .
She does owe me an explanation why she tresated me as if I am not important and my problem is nothing for her.
I hope one day she suffers this itching rashes which would make her realise.
Very disappoinred patient
