I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear centaurusfw59,

Thank you for telling us about all this help you got, it all sounds practical and useful. It may help others to know that that they could get this kind of help too. (I think I need to borrow Jackie myself).

Good luck with your new adventures with the companion group and your new cooking skills.

best wishes,

Eunice
