During both my long term hospitalisation of three months including stays in intensive care and h.d.u, and the various outpatient appointments I was treated with professionalism, compassion and only the sort of care which can be achieved in a hospital such as the Friarage due to its size and the communication achieved between all departments. The care offered by the Consultants, doctors and all staff was exemplorary. I have also had reason to use the highly efficient A and E department and due to the pain I was suffering would have found travelling any further virtually unbearable. I have no hesitation in commending the staff and all services provided by what can only be dezcribed as a true example of how the NHS should be run elsewhere.
"Constant care and dignity throughout"
