What I liked

I attended the Minor Injuries Unit with an eye infection. I was booked in immediately and seen by a Nurse Practicioner within a few minutes.

The eye was checked for foreign bodies and scratches and antibiotic drops were put in.

I was provided with a further supply of the drops to take away and advised to see my GP if the symptoms persisted through the end of the week.

The examination was very thorough although the exact cause of the problem was never established. It could have been Bacterial, Viral or an allergic reaction but overall I was very pleased with the standard of care I received at Orsett Minor Injuries Unit.

What could be improved
