"Excellent A&E Treatment"

I would like to thank everyone in the A&E Department who looked after me so professionally yesterday when I came to the A&E Department with a dislocated shoulder. I have never been in so much pain in my life. Everyone who looked after me was kind and considerate. The waiting times were much shorter than I had expected. I would particularly like to thank the A&E Nurse who put my shoulder back into its proper place. I know you didn't like doing this but you did an excellent job. Thank you very much. It is a shame that I can't name the Nurse in this Review because he deserves recognition for doing such a good job. Thanks again to everyone who looked after me so well yesterday.
