What I liked
I attended the outpatients dermatology department to have a number of moles examined. The surgeon was friendly and listened to me, giving me time to ask questions. The nurse in attendance was also friendly and I was looked after well.
I visited the department again to have 3 moles removed. The same surgeon carried out the procedure. He was curteous, informed me all the time what he was doing, put me at ease and was friendly and happily answered my questions. A male student assisted during the procedure. He too was brilliant. Putting me at ease with his talk and friendly manner. There was a nurse in attendance who was also friendly, helpful and explained clearly what I should do to be ready for the procedure. After care was clearly explained and the whole procedure carried out in a friendly and non rushed manner.
What could be improved
I was happy with the whole experience and cannot list anything that needed improving.
"Very happy with treatment and attitude of all..."
