"Poor phone response and appointments for baby"

About: Gravesend Medical Centre

So I am new to this surgery. I booked daughters appointment who is 6 months old after trying over two weeks to call eventually walked to surgery to book appointment for following week. Was told if wanted one sooner ring 8.30 for emergency, tried for weeks NO ONE ANSWERS PHONE. finally when took daughter to appointment I feel she was mid diagnosed. She has had deep cough and I feel fluid on her chest for 6 weeks now. I was told she has upper respiratory virus and given nose drops. They haven’t worked she is still suffering with terrible cough and snotty nose which she has had since her injections in January. I have been calling surgery since 8.30 this morning to get appointment it is now 9.50 still no answer It is a joke. I don’t drive and getting to walk in centre is difficult especially with 3 other children.
