"Could not be more satisfied"

I have had to have a procedure done on a day theatre basis (Plastic Surgery Department)

Being the first time I have ever needed any surgery I did not know what to expect and was a little nervous .I can only say the service I recieved was first class .The whole process was faultless ,from being greeted at reception with a smile to the staff doing all the checks ,the theatre staff ,staff in recovery ,the surgeon ,to the discharge staff everyone I met were really

kind and careing.It can be a stressful time and because of the super staff that was reduced to a minimum.Everything that was going to take place was fully explained both before and after the procedure had been carried out .My Wife wanted to stay with me and because of the single sex admission rooms

I knew this might be a problem but even this issue was sorted to our satisfaction.I could have had this procedure done at the Royal Stoke which is much nearer to where I live but having had out patient appoinments in Stoke and trying to find a parking space, Stafford is a much better option .I have just returned from having my stiches removed in the Plastics department another first class experience .I can not fault County Hospital . Thank you all .
