"My recent visit to A+E"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Emergency Medicine NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service) Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance

(as the patient),

I had to call 111 who decided very quickly to send an ambulance. The ambulance staff were so lovely, they reassured me and got me to hospital quickly. I was handed over to Dr Murray and his amazing team who treated me with so much care and kindness. Every member of staff I met was an absolute credit to the NHS. Thank you.

Dear MrsSD,

Thank you for taking the time to get in touch through Care Opinion to feedback on the care you received from the ambulance crew who admitted you to hospital.

I am sorry to hear of you falling unwell. I hope you have made a full recovery. It must have been a worrying time for you and I am glad to read that you felt our crew were reassuring.

I would like to ensure that your positive feedback is passed onto the crew who attended to you. To help us identify who they are, can I please ask you to give our admin team a call on 01224 812200 to pass on some further details which will allow us to identify the call on our system?

Take care,

Euan..
