"Visit to urget care"

About: West Cornwall Hospital (Penzance) / Urgent Treatment Centre

Went to urgent care because I was experiencing breathing problems.

Was seen almost immediately and made very welcome.

Oxygen levels, blood taken, etc.

All, done in abc efficent and friendly but professional manner - from ALL members of staff.

X-ray carried out and the results of all fed back.

I was prescribed necessary medication.

Following day, at home, was phoned to check on my progress and to say that they would contact my GP so that I could be referred for a CT scan and a specialist.

Fantastic!!!! ******
