My elderly father had a nasty fall on Friday due to his Parkinson’s disease and was in a very distressed state and in a lot of pain.
Our family want to say a big ‘thank you’ to the lovely staff on the Paramedics and A&E team who came to rescue him and then treat him in A&E.
Everything happened so quickly and efficiently and he was treated very kindly. My Mother in particular wants to express her sincere thanks to everyone involved for being so kind and so considerate.
You made a mini family crisis into a much less stressful day. You were all superb. Thanks once again.
