I rang the surgery at 8-20am and was asked by the receptionist if I felt if it was urgent for a same day appointment, I explained my symptoms, where by she gave me an urgent appointment to see the advanced nurse who prescribes. I was seen on the same day and I needed medication for my symptoms and a follow up blood test. The advance nurse listened to what I said then we had a discussion. The nurse was very nice, the receptionist was very understanding and extremely polite The blood test was made for a few days after.. An outstanding service made even better by polite staff.
