"Incredible vocal training therapists"

About: Willesden Centre for Health and Care Clinic

(as a service user),

I was referred to the speech and language therapists at the Willesden Centre for Health and Care - I suffer from early onset Parkinson's Disease.

Clare and Lorena took care of me for 5 weeks and the treatment has changed my health and vocal  strength. Their kindness, knowledge and gentle guidance has had a significant impact. My confidence is back, I am palpably stronger and am able to see the impact on my role as a communications executive in a very busy role and with my family (whom I had accused of being deaf).

The Willesden Centre for Health and Care is a welcoming hospital with friendly and kind staff. Being under the care of these excellent professionals was a joy, I use the treatment daily and would  recommend them and the treatment to all Parkinson's sufferers.  Thank you Clare and Lorena,

Dear Sir/Madam

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent referral to the speech and language therapy team at Willesden Centre for Health and Care.

It is very kind of you to take the time to share what a good experience you had with our therapists Lorena and Clare, and I will ensure that your sentiments are passed on to them. It is always pleasing to know when our staff have done well and I am sure both Clare and Lorena will be appreciative of you taking the trouble to comment on how good their treatment was.

Thank you very much once again for your feedback.

Kind regards

Peter Hare
Patient Relations Manager
