"Absolutely useless"

Absolutely useless, unfriendly staff who hate being disturbed.
They should be given social skills classes.
They make you feel like you are wearing an invisibility cloak.
When you ring in the morning, instead of being in a queue like most decent places, you are made to ring again and again, forty-fourth time this morning and counting.
The repeat prescription system is always down.
How long are we going to put up with this?

I am very concerned this how you feel about my staff, I think my staff are very friendly and work very hard. If you feel they are ignoring you this is because they are busy on another call or dealing with something that is urgent but we always acknowledge every patient. The phone system doesn’t put the calls in a waiting queue but we are looking at replacing this system within the near future.
