I had been referred to Grantham Hospital Pain Clinic in February 2019 for injections in my lower spine. This was my first visit to this hospital but things could not have been better!!
On arrival I was unsure of where to be. but was cheerfully greeted by an engineer (I think) who asked if i needed help. This engineer happily gave directions to the ward - which was very much appreciated.
On arrival at the Day Ward I was met by the great staff on duty. They were all personable, cheery and helpful. putting me immediately at ease. after being booked in the staff member explained the procedure and the waiting list to me - and sought information as to my position on the list.
My treatment was excellent by all staff concerned. I was given advice on aftercare and follow up was explained.
The whole time at Grantham Hospital was a great experience due in no small measure to the superb staff in all areas. My thanks to all staff on Day ward, Theatre catering etc.
