"Regular GP check ups"

I have been registered with this practice for fifteen (15) years. I was 73 when I registered and have received excellent service whenever requested; including flu vaccinations, severe food poisoning and side-effects, tests for high blood pressure and blood scans, and referrals for eye surgery (cataracts), prostate TURP operation, and a broken right foot (5th metatarsal bone), together with subsequent follow-ups.
