"Lack of appointments"

Thank you for your feedback regarding our appointments system and we are sorry that you have had trouble booking appointments. Our GP pre-bookable appointments are available up to 2 weeks in advance, and we have recently made all of our GP appointments available to book online. We will also be allowing patients to book at either site from February 2020. For those who work or who have school pick ups we offer late evening appointments on Monday evenings up to 8pm, and also offer late evening appointments from other surgeries every evening and late morning appointments on Saturday and Sunday for those willing to travel.

We offer the following appointment types at our practice; - Pre-bookable GP appointments up to 2 weeks in advance. - Book on the day GP appointments available from 8am on the day. - Pre-bookable telephone appointments available up to 2 weeks in advance - Home visits with GPs and Nurses for patients unable to attend surgery - Pre-bookable late evening GP appointments on Monday evenings until 8pm, bookable from 7 days before. - Walk in GP appointments on Monday and Thursday afternoons from 1:30pm to 2:30pm - anyone coming to the desk between those times will be seen. - Pre-bookable late evening GP appointments at other surgeries throughout Bradford from 6:30pm to 9:30pm, available from 5 days before. - Book on the day late evening GP appointments at other surgeries throughout Bradford from 6:30pm to 9:30pm, available from 9am on the day. - Pre-bookable weekend GP appointments at other surgeries throughout Bradford from 10am to 1pm, available from 9am the Thursday before. - Push Doctor consultations via video call every weekday and weekend evening. - Online Consultations from our practice web-site. We also offer pre-bookable appointments with our Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Physiotherapist, Carer Support worker and Alcohol Worker, as well as specialist clinics for Diabetes and Minor Surgery and post-natal clinics each week.
