My daughter was treated today for an ankle injury. The staff were kind, respectful and a complete testament to hard working, caring people across the NHS in the UK. Excellent, cheery manner with children and attention to detail. Well done.

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments about the service you and your children received at the Cumberland MIU. It is always a distressing time to attend any NHS establishment but it is nice to hear that you were all treated kindly and with respect.

The NHS gets lots of negative press so always a boost for the staff to hear positive news and compliments
