What I liked
I was treated for multiple fractures in my right leg firstly by A and E where the care and understanding offered were exceptional. I was transferred to Kingfisher Ward and operated upon on the day after my initial arrival in A and E. I could not fault the care or the treatment. Every team I came across seemed extremely professional and at all times I felt absolutely confident in my treatment.
All staff I met were friendly, understanding, not patronising and seemed to take a pride in their work. Those factors all made my short stay of just four days as pleasant as it coudl be in the circumstances.
What could be improved
My only negative comment would be on the food which lacked a little imagination.
"Excellent, caring, thoughtful and effective"
