About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Accident & emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

I attended FVRH A & E yesterday with my daughter after a tramploninig accident at home. We waited 50 mins to be seen initially by the nurse, who we think was called Tracy. She was friendly, professional & kind to my very sore & anxious daughter. Xrays quickly arranged & reviewed. Seen again, treatment given, re-Xrayed then reviewed. It was very busy in A & E but the care we received was great. Just wanted to say thank you for the great job the nurses do.
