What I liked

The speed at which I was seen to and the really friendly staff. I went into A&E frightened and very ill. I came out treated well and reassured that I was going to get well again.

What could be improved

Oviously no trip to hospital is a very pleasant experience but the staff at Bassettlaw tried really hard to understand how you were feeling and missed no opportunity to find out what the problem was. My family and I were really impressed by the kindhess of the staff. Tests were carried out efficiently and with care..Well done.
