What I liked

They saved my life. Whilst looking after me they looked after my family and answered all their questions honestly and compassionatley.

What could be improved

I cannot fault them. They were fantastic.

Anything else?

The First Responder was at my house within 10 minutes. He was great. There was a delay to the ambulance which took nearly an hour. It had to come from 22 miles away even though I only live 8 miles from the hospital and it was 8pm on a Saturday evening. When the Paramedics arrived they were great as well.
