Sad times for us, as we have lost the most dear person to us, my Nana (Granny). Despite feeling the deepest sadness at watching our Nana decline rapidly, we were all aware of the excellent level of care and kindness she and we also received from all the staff. We are so grateful to them and think they do an amazing job. Thanks from us all, Sarah Agnew and Judy, Caroline and our brother (in his absence)
