"1% chance of survival"

About: Manor Hospital / Respiratory medicine

(as the patient),

I was in Walsall Manor Hospital with Swine Flu, Double Pneumonia and Sepsis last May to July. All the staff gave me an excellent level of care when I was ill, even though I'm surprised I'm here writing this after being given 1% chance of survival on my first night.

Thank the lord they did everything they could to keep me alive.

Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your words of appreciation following what was clearly a most distressing time for you.

I hope you are now fully recovered.

Regards Garry
