Although there was a delay in getting through 'Triage!'- (Technical fault? Computer?? not giving access? to patient notes)- Must stress!!- Human!! aka Staff- contact was Great!- Thanks to everyone in A & E!- from Triage Nurse:, all in
X-Ray; even 'Cleaners!' & Nurse Practitioner; for genuine care & concern for Patients....
and above all re-assurance, advice of way forward.....
