"In extreme pain with knee"

I phoned for my husband on Tuesday - was advised by a receptionist to go straight to Bridgwater Minor Injuries in case an Xray was required. This was done, and advice was given along with details of what was happening to my husbands knee. An appointment made for physio. All with no problem whatsoever. A couple of days later the pain my husband was suffering was getting more intense, and I contacted the surgery, I explained in full detail what had happened, and was given an appointment the following morning with a Senior Nurse Practitioner. Without doubt this SNP was superb, she explained everything, and went through alternative pain drugs which could be used due to my husband being on warfarin and aspirin already. 10/10 without a shadow of a doubt. This has helped tremendously especially as the weekend is coming up.
