All i need is a nurse call back i phone 87 times this morning,

I did not receive a call back this morning and the desk staff and been really negative towards me, i spoke to a nurse on 111 and because of sickness and diorrea i cannot go in which is understandable, i am in so much pain and have been fobbed of without a phone call, i know i wasnt phone i have call waiting and max reception, i never ever ill like this and maybe the 1st time of using the gp for illness in the last few years, i want to make a formal complaint as this is not on thank you

In response to your comments.

The surgery phone lines open at 8.30 for appointments. Our records indicate that we took your call at 8.36 this morning and a telephone appointment was arranged for 9.40am with one of the practice nurses who called you at 9.34 but was unable to get through.

The nurse phoned again at 10.03 and discussed your case with you and has arranged for you to see one of the doctors this afternoon.

If you would like to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to contact the practice.
