"Very good experience with my child"

Attended the urgent care centre this evening with my 8 year old who had hurt his arm. He was seen very quickly and sent for an x-ray. The X-ray was carried out quickly and efficiently. I was kept informed by staff in relation to when he would be seen again. His x-ray was reviewed and advice had been sought from orthopaedics at Reading hospital. I was given full information about the plan for his care. He was put in a cast and sent home. The whole process took approximately 90 minutes which I think is very impressive. Overall a very good service at a difficult time
