"Satisfied but did not see hand wash"

My first time using this service and I was satisfied in all areas but did not see hand wash available. I looked at reception but perhaps I missed it.

Firstly, many thanks for taking the time to leave feedback for our ENT service, we are pleased to hear your first experience of using our service went well and that you were satisifed with all areas.

For future reference, if ever returning to the clinic again - There is a hand wash on the wall behind you as you sign in at reception, and one on each corridor entrance to the Outpatient area. There are four located on the walls through reception/outpatients, and they are available in all clinic rooms.
