What I liked

I would like to say from my initial daignosis of an Appendix mass in August 2011,my follow up care and ultimate operation as a Laparoscopic procedure 12 days ago cannot be faulted I would like to thank all staff on E level for my care and the surgical team involved on March 17th..

What could be improved

The length of wait for discharge in August 2011 waiting for drugs.

Thank you for your feedback which I have shared with the team on E level. You raised the issue about the wait for medication on discharge. This is an area which have recognised is a concern. This is an area which we have agreed to focus on over the coming months, working with team son the ward, in the pahrmacy and some patient and carers represenatives. We hope that this will reduce the wait for patients and their families.
