What I liked
Even though the computer systems were down, the department was busy, and my needs could not be immediately met, I have never been treated so well by hospital staff. When it turned out that I had not been given a hospital number, the X-Ray staff were considerate enough to go and get a temporary one themselves (I was walking very badly due to my knee), and I was always given time to explain my pre-existing condition, which is quite complex. I never felt that I was being rushed through, or that I was not being listened to.
What could be improved
I would like it if the NHS was not privatised, so that I could continue to enjoy this level of care.
