What I liked
The way I was greeted and told what would happen. Continual updates as to when I would be seen for my septoplasty. Put at ease by all staff. Healthcare Assistant was excellent. Nurse accompanying me to surgery wonderful. Anaesthetist and Consultant brilliant.
What could be improved
Find it difficult to say what could be improved.

I am usually very critical and vocal about healthcare however on this occasion I cannot fault the care I recieved. After coming out of surgery all I could go on about was wanting my wife. Staff brought her through and they also sat with me. They were wonderful as was my wife. I felt safe and looked after and filled with confidence for my day surgery. Would recommend the care here.
