"NHS at it's Best !!!"

Visited the GP this evening just for a blood pressure check. Well what can I say in not too much personal detail . The receptionist your a diamond , so helpful knowledgable and friendly. She was so professional assisting me getting my results checked, that little bit of TLC went a long way. The GP asked to see me, checked again and then explained what we would do next, informing me at every stage, in a calm friendly approachable manner. There was no rush, every question I had, answered. BIG BIG HUGE HIGH 5 to you both and your team. I just hope people sometimes can take a step back, breathe and realise what a great bunch we have on our doorstep xx
